the room was spacious and clean, i found the breakfast very good. the staff were friendly and helpful, a great asset. i appreciated the convenient city centre location.
my only complaint is that the pillows were too soft for my liking. the shower room was also small with limited space to move, i think.

The breakfast selection had tasty options. The staff assisted with luggage storage after checkout, very helpful when I wanted to explore. The location had easy access to many city center attractions. I walked everywhere. The room refurbishment looked new. It had all the necessary amenities.

The location was PERFECT. It put me right in the heart of everything, and getting around was easy. The room was also super clean and cozy, exactly what I needed after a long day.

The location is great. It is very central, providing easy access to everything. The staff was friendly from arrival to departure. Breakfast featured a wide selection and hot items were cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the plentiful coffee, tea, and juices offered.
The pillows were too soft for my liking. I would have liked something firmer to sleep on. this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.
